Defendoria’s website has not yet undergone a documented, independent accessibility conformance audit. We therefore do not claim full WCAG compliance or certification.
Our approach
We aim to make key website content and enquiry paths understandable and usable, including navigation, headings, readable contrast, responsive layouts and keyboard-operable elements. Accessibility improvements are an ongoing part of site development.
Current assessment
A full test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), including assistive-technology testing, has not been completed. Some components, third-party integrations or images may present barriers that still require attention.
Getting help
If you cannot use a form, read a page or navigate a feature, please describe the page and the obstacle through an alternative method available on the Contact page. If the form itself is inaccessible, seek an alternative contact channel once published by Defendoria.
Feedback and changes
We welcome reports of inaccessible controls, insufficient contrast, confusing content, inaccessible documents or other problems. Please include the affected URL and the assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable sharing it.
Further review
The team should perform and record an accessibility assessment, publish an appropriate contact alternative, and update this statement with confirmed conformance information and a review date.
